Crispy Mini Chicken Spring Rolls – Appetizer Or Snack Size

Description

Approximately 50 spring rolls  (1.1 kg ctn.)

Directions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook thoroughly.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place 25 pieces on baking sheet and cook for 10 to 11 minutes. Turn pieces over and continue cooking for another 10 to 11 minutes. Instructions are guidelines only.
Deep Fry: 350°F (175°C) for 4 ½ minutes for 25 pieces.

Ingredients:

Filling: Cabbage, cooked chicken meat mostly dark, water chestnuts, carrots, onions, green peas, modified corn starch, sugar, salt, sesame oil, black pepper.
Wrapper: Water, enriched wheat flour, liquid whole eggs. Cooked in canola oil.
