Cooking Instructions: Keep product frozen until ready to use. Add sauce, cheese, and desired gluten-free toppings. Bake at 325ºF (165°C) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted (instructions for convection oven, adjust accordingly). Remove pizza from oven, and let sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Ingredients: Water, gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, modified tapioca starch, chickpea flour), sunflower oil, sugars (cane sugar), whole and ground flax seed, vinegar, yeast, salt, xanthan gum, spices.
