The Suzumo SSN‑JLX‑EH is a compact, high‑performance nigiri sushi machine designed to produce consistently shaped, fluffy rice balls. Using advanced shaping technology, it forms nigiri without hand‑forming or damaging rice grains, ensuring high-quality results every time. The integrated rice warmer maintains rice at the ideal temperature for producing warm, traditional-style nigiri.
Capable of producing 3,000 to 4,800 pieces per hour depending on settings, this Nigiri making machine accommodates a range of portion sizes from 12g to 22g. The machine’s lightweight, compact body (approx. 25 kg) and straightforward assembly make daily cleaning and maintenance simple and efficient.
